DIY Face Masks!

Hi everyone, today I am going to be showing you two different DIY face masks you can make easy at home. I have used these before and I really enjoyed them but then won’t work on everyone’s skin and you should also test things on your arm to make sure you’re not allergic to them before you put them on your face!IMG_6324

The first one is a numeric face mask and you will need:

1/2 teaspoon of numeric powder                                                                                                          1 tablespoon of honey                                                                                                                          1/2 teaspoon of yoghurt, you can also use milk but yoghurt is thicker.

To use it you should just mix all of the ingredients together into a bowl and your mixture should be able to stick to your face. Wash your face before using the mask and let it sit on your face for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water and you can use a moisturiser after.

This mask will exfoliate your skin and will improve your skin texture. It reduces the pigmentation and will even out your skin tone. It is anti-inflammatory.

The second one is a honey and cinnamon face mask, the ingredients you will need are:

2 tablespoons of honey (raw honey will help clear up bacteria that causes acne)               1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Mix both the ingredients together and use your hands or a makeup brush and you can leave it on for 30 minutes or overnight. This has a high concentration of sugar which will help ensure to your acne does not multiply. It will kill bacteria to contribute to inflamed pores.

That’s all for today thank you for reading be sure to let me know if you use these. You can follow me on twitter here or on Instagram here

Love, Niamh
